 Beth Doyle is a therapist, trainer, and holistic practitioner, she specializes in stress managment, reduction of trauma, and sexual abuse therapy, working with employee assistance programs and critical incident stress management and the military.
 

Beth Doyle is a Nationally Certified Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor, an energy healer and a Licensed HeartMath provider.  What that means for you is that she is well-versed in many areas and possesses a diverse expertise in the field.  Beth works closely with you individually, as a family, group, or organization to create and maintain your optimal health.

One of the many programs implemented at Upper Circle Inc. is HeartMath. What we like most about it, is that HeartMath is a scientfically-validated system of stress intervention techniques and objective biometric feedback that quantifiably--and dramatically--boosts the health and performance of individuals and organizations. That is a mouthful!  What that means for you is that you can learn simple techniques which quickly improve your functioning!

Our fundamental aim is to enable people to reverse the effects of stress to meet life's inevitable challenges with poise and resiliency in the moment.

During the past several years we have engaged in the use of HeartMath (TM)  and Energy therapies with our clients with great success.  Clients report fabulous changes in how they feel about themselves, interact with family, as well as experiencing improvements at work, personal interests, and relationships.
 

So, whether you are interested in improving your golf game,  gaining a better understanding of yourself, enhancing your relationship with others or releasing anxieties and worries, there are real possibilities for you to reach your goals simply and easily.

A new additon to my practice is Young Living Oils  and Acutonics -- Sound Healing tuning forks. Aromatherapy has many helpful benefits as it activates the deep brain structure.  Sound therapy is wonderful as well, since it penetrates deeply into our bodies and energy systems.  We know the enjoyment of music and impact of music on our body and mood, find out how direct application can help you even more.

Driving Directions:

In Salem: go South on Commerical Street from downtown until you almost reach Kuebler Street.  On your left is Arby's and there is a left turn lane to move into to turn onto Boone Rd.  Turn Left onto Boone Rd, go one short block, the office is on the first house on the right.  There is a small sign out front denoting the office.

From the North:  Take I-5 South.  Take the Kuebler Exit, turn Right onto Kuebler and continue for approximately two miles until you reach Commerical Street.  Turn Right onto Commercial Street and immediatly turn Right onto Boone Rd.  Go one block to the first house on the right and turn right into the parking lot.

From the South: Take I-5 North.  Take the Commerical Street Exit.  Stay on Commercial Street, going through Kuebler intersection. One short block, turn right onto Boone Rd and go one block to the first house on your right and turn right into the parking lot.

Bus Directions:

Take the Cherriots Number 1 (one) Bus and stay on it until it reaches Kuebler and Commerical, get off at this point and walk one block EAST on Boone Road.  We are the FIRST house on your right.


Animals at Upper Circle Inc:

Two cats have adopted this office, Isis and Merlin. In August of 2008 Isis died and we are happy to have Merlin with us.  Please let me know if you need them out of the room or office for your visit.  Thank you.
